Valenzuela City Mayor Sherwin T. Gatchalian, Alay Buhay Partylist Rep. Wes T. Gatchalian and officials from the DepEd Valenzuela are welcomed by members of the Parents and Teachers Associations (PTA) in the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new facilities.

Valenzuela City Mayor Sherwin T. Gatchalian and DepEd Valenzuela Division Superintendent Dr. Flordeliza Mayari lead the ribbon cutting ceremonies in Rincon Elementary School during the inauguration ceremony.

Valenzuela City Mayor Sherwin T. Gatchalian is welcomed by the students from Coloong Elementary School to inaugurate the its 1-storey, 7-classroom building covering 684 square meters of floor space.
